WE ARE OPEN DURING THE FOLLOWING HOURS:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

There are times our offices are out during business hours, educating children at local schools about the importance of dental health, however we are always available to answer your questions. Please leave a detailed message and it will be immediately forwarded to the staff to return your call.

EMERGENCIES:

If your child is experiencing a dental emergency, and our staff is not in the office- please press 1, on the answering service, your call will be forwarded to the doctor on call. For more information on specific emergencies, please click here.

APPOINTMENTS:

We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments.

We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience.

Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

Please keep in mind, your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

INSURANCE:

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.

As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. We’ll work with your insurance provider and make sure you understand your insurance benefits. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your child’s individual needs and treatment plan. During your visit, we’ll discuss with you the cost of treatment, and each of your available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you and your family.

We accept Mastercard/Visa, cash, and personal checks. Treatment can also be financed through a third party.
